Congratulations, that's exciting news and I'm all about it. For me, there are few greater moments than the ones I get to spend handing over a new set of keys to new homeowners. My passion for real estate stems from a deep belief that investing in the Portland market is one of the smartest things you can do with your money and I'm here to get you there. To do that, we'll walk through three main stages of the transaction together: home hunting, offer & negotiation, and home repairs.

Finding your perfect home is an exciting and nail-biting part of the process. After defining your home search criteria, we'll make sure to respond quickly to available properties that hit the market so we're ready to take action whether your winner is on the first or the fiftieth showing.

HOME HUNTING

Once we've found a home that matches your needs, we'll sit down to talk through how to craft the best possible offer to lock it down. We'll weigh factors like price, down payment, earnest money amount, what property (if any) is included in the sale, contingency timelines, and closing and possession date.

NEGOTIATIONS

As part of the home purchase process, we'll order a professional home inspection to be performed on the property, typically within ten days of offer acceptance. Once we have the results, we'll decide what repairs (if any) to request from the seller, then negotiate as needed to reach a mutually-acceptable outcome.
