Time to move on to your next great adventure?

SO, YOU'RE READY TO SELL A HOME...

NOW, LET'S TALK PROCESS.

Successfully selling a home involves a lot of moving pieces, and knowing which steps to take and when can be a stressful process to navigate without the right guidance. I pride myself on not only being great moral support for my clients, but on being their "end all, be all" for all things home sale. That means helping you through the technical stuff, like understanding market values and properly pricing your home, but also connecting the dots on smaller details like how to prep your home and who to talk to for repairs. To make sure your home gets top dollar, we'll navigate three main milestones: home prep, marketing, and contract to close.

One of the best things we can do to make sure your home has the most advantageous start on the market is properly prepare it for potential buyers. We'll address things like interior and exterior paint, pre-listing repairs, the staging of rooms, improvements to the landscaping, or other possibilities that may add more value to your home.

HOME PREP

Getting your home sold quickly for the highest profit may start with making it look pretty, but if it's not being exposed to as many potential buyers as possible, you won't be garnering the most competitive offers. My goal is to use a high impact marketing plan designed to sell your home with minimal days on the market at or above list price.

MARKETING

Once we've received an acceptable offer (or with any luck, multiple acceptable offers), I'll get to work negotiating the best possible contract terms on your behalf, creating a viable home repair plan that makes sense for your home's condition and your ability, and connecting you with any needed professionals to get it all taken care of along the way.
